Sonix IPTV is compatible with Amazon Fire TV devices, Android boxes (Nvidia Shield, Xiaomi), Apple TV, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG), Windows/Mac computers, and iOS/Android mobile devices.

How fast does my internet connection need to be?

We recommend at least 15 Mbps for standard 1080p high-definition streams and 25 Mbps+ for 4K streaming. A stable wired Ethernet connection or 5GHz Wi-Fi is strongly suggested.

Can I use multiple devices at the same time?

A single standard license supports one active stream at a time. Multi-connection plans are available if you wish to watch concurrently in multiple rooms.

Is a VPN required to use the service?

A VPN is optional. Our servers do not restrict VPN usage, making it easy to protect your online identity and prevent domestic ISP throttling during high-profile sporting events.

How quickly do I receive my credentials after ordering?

Subscription login details and M3U playlist URLs are generated automatically and sent to your registered email address typically within 5 to 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
